INCREASING TEACHER CREATIVITY THROUGH STRENGTHENING ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION AND INFORMATION LITERACY

This study aims to increase teacher creativity. The approach applied is a correlational and SITOREM analysis. implementation of this research was carried out at public elementary schools in Cibungbulang District. With population 166 teachers sample 117 teachers, selected using the proportional random sampling method. Furthermore, methods used are survey data analysis techniques, with correlation tests simple linear multiple regression tests. results that has been show: 1. there significant positive relationship between variables Achievement Motivation (X1) Teacher Creativity (Y) ry1 = 0.714. 2. There Information Literacy (X2) ry2 0.529. 3. variable together ry12 0.723. So it means can be increased through Literacy.
